I purchased the 24 pac..with the hopes of getting a variety of cookies and was looking forward to the mystery cookies. I received their best sellers. And a few mystery cookies. I liked the mystery cookies more than their best seller...I don't like the fact that I could not choose my flavors...

I was not happy with the shipping process. Their website says Bang cookies ships via UPS & Fedex so that you receive the cookies in 2-3 days..but my order was shipped through United States Postal Service. The cookies arrived over 7 days late. After 3 days I started contacting the company and received a scripted response, pretty much saying that they are not responsible for the delayed shipment. I pointed out that nowhere on their website does it say Bang cookies ship through the Post Office, and that it says it uses UPS & FEDEX. After 3 days of back-and-forth via emails.. I finally called in & requested a supervisor. (HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE & NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL) 1 Day after I left the message, I got an email saying a new shipment was sent out. The first shipment and the new shipment showed up on the same day. I was willing to return the initial shipment, but they said that they were no longer fresh ...go figure.

Will I order bang cookies again..probably not...but I do plan on visiting the store whenever I am in the New Jersey area. I'm curious as to what the cookies tast like from the store.

Note: when Bang ships via UPS & Fedex..the cookies arrive within 2-3 days...Bang cookies should never ship perishable items through USPS & a tracking, esp when the the cookies are being shipped outside the state. The box shipped through USPS arrived damaged and open. I do believe the post office lost the package. I also believe Bang cookies should have shipped using the couriers indicated on their website.

Some of the cookies were okay, however, I wish I could choose what cookies I want in the box.

The best seller box is definitely great use of cookies to get his fantastic. My only suggestion would be to allow the person to order the 24 cookies that they want or give a larger assortment of the special cookies.

Really, what's not to love when two dozen assorted, delicious cookies show up at your doorstep! Great variety and made from the best quality ingredients. This will keep me smiling for a couple of weeks, or longer.

I continue to order from Bang because their cookies are the absolute best. I’ve spent over a $1000 on online orders because these cookies and company are the best. The cookie companies near me don’t have the same flavor as Bang cookies and sometimes you feel so terrible after eating other company’s cookies. I can eat 2 Bang cookies and not feel sluggish or sick which shows the high quality ingredients Bang Cookies uses. The 24 pack is great, I love this pack, has so many options to choose from. I’m a lifelong customer and I will continue to refer others to this great company.
