V-day cookies

First off the cookies were all very good. I will say I was a little disappointed in the sea salt chocolate chip, not enough sea salt. That has been the case the last couple of times having the cookies.

Missing cookies

Our cookies never got to our person for their bday. Will not be ordering again.

I was suppose to get a replacement order after my previous order was delivered empty, just a busted box!! So disappointing! Then i was told there was a replacement order sent but that NEVER came at all. By the way it says its still out for delivery from January 9th. Still traveling. So im sure they arent fresh.

Bang Cookies

My cookies never left the company after 2-weeks. Customer Service was very rude with absolutely zero compensation. Replacement cookies arrived after a month very stale and some were broken; improperly packaged. This is an awful experience!
