Wrong address

after ordering i immediately attempted to chat to update the delivery address and no one responded, so the cookies never made it to my valentine.

Good cookies slow shipping

The only bad thing I have to say is that if you advertise a Valentines Day special there should be an attempt to get them delivered by Valentines Day. Never use USPS if there is a time crunch. FedEx would have delivered it in time.

Not what I expected…

Let me start by saying that these “cookies” have an excellent taste profile but the consistency is not that of a standard cookie. It’s more of a large mound of baked dough. Did I hate them? No.
Just not what expected or what I prefer when I buy cookies.
